Brewed for and available only in Bangalore, Geist’s Whistling Wheat is a hazy yellow drink with citrus and spices dominating the flavour. Poured from the stubby, the beer has a thick head that almost disappears soon. This Belgian-style ale has a sharp wheat malt presence and some clove and coriander too; there’s no way you can have only one of these. Geist Whistling Wheat is a must-have if you’re in Bengaluru – go out and seek it!
